Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented 3M Naval Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in San Diego CA.
Job Summary:
Coordinate with Ship’s Maintenance and Material Management (3M) staff in execution of Commander Naval Surface Pacific’s (COMNAVSURFPAC) 3M program for all Naval Surface Force assets worldwide.
Provide maintenance and logistics database support for various interfaces to include: PMSMIS, MDS, SCLSIS, CDMD-OA and RADWEB.
Provide oversight to the Integrated Class Maintenance Plans (ICMPs), repair standards and guidance documents, and Quality Assurance (QA) program, as they relate to shipboard and shore preventive maintenance.
Review all COMNAVSURFPAC bulk loads to ensure that all work candidates/notifications from INSURV, SURFMEPP, C5RA, and various outside inspection teams are valid and correct prior to loading into command databases for brokering and execution.
Provide coordination to all CNSP 3M Coordinators onboard DDG, CG, LHA/LHD, LPD, LCC, LCS, MCM, PC, LAWS, FFG-62, ESD/B, un-manned units, and shore-based units.
Provide interface and database support for maintenance and logistics databases.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma and ten (10) years Ship’s 3M coordinator experience
Ten (10) or more years in tandem with Naval ships experience
Monitoring ship assessments and documenting findings.
Experience with the SKED program
Experience with screening, reviewing and processing Bulk upload files
Experience with Completing up lines of JTDI/MBPS or the old RADWEB
Experience with Screening and processing PMS feedback reports, Creating ACNs, and Feedback Reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Some years of experience in each of the below areas pertaining to SURFOR's Material, Maintenance and Management (3M) Program preferred in conjunction of above.
Experience Screening, reviewing, and processing of Bulk upload files provided by various entities.
ability to resolve problems associated with incomplete loads prior to uploading to a ship's CSMP.
Monitoring ship PMS assessments, documenting all findings about the unit and assessment team performance.
Providing inputs to CNSP Staff in the development of policy papers and 3M instructions**.
Screening and processing Planned Maintenance Feedback Reports.
Interfacing with the Littoral Combat Ship Squadrons and the new ZUMWALT class destroyers with regards to Maintenance Management systems.
Providing guidance with creating Advanced Change Notices (ACN)
providing inputs to the staff in the development of policy papers and 3M instructions.
Type Commander 3M inspection Team experience.
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizen
Must have Secret Clearance, Interim Secret is acceptable to start
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work, lift and carry 50#
Extensive time in stationary position
Be able to move around the office
Operate office equipment.
Be able to communicate professionally with ManTech employees and ManTech clients
The person in this position must be capable to go onboard a ship in an operational and industrial environment.
Able to climb ladders and go through scuttles onboard vessels.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual.
