Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Asset Business Manager to join our team at the Annapolis Junction, Maryland location.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance.
Demonstrated experience with managed IT services contracts.
Experience with Resource Unit pricing and modeling
Experience with Government Contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations, to include understanding Statements of Work, Engineering Change Proposals, Contract Modifications, Request for Equitable Adjustments, contract scope, and negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to run Business Operations for large multi-year programs to include management of financial levers, risk management, and ability to lead sound business decisions.
Financial modeling skills for highly complex solutions to include pricing strategies and options
Vendor relationship management and procurement oversight
Works with IT Refresh Management and Logistics to ensure equipment availability aligns with monthly schedules
Collaboration with all program leadership to ensure successful service delivery of products and services
Position Requirement:
Minimum of High School and 10 years of Business management/Finance management experience or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Business/Finance management experience.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Tool Suite, especially MS Excel
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
Proficient in ITSM Ticketing Methodology and ServiceNow Tools
Security Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI with polygraph
