Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Authority Incident Manager to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Authority Incident Manager will analyze and integrate SIGINT operations for personal privacy protection and meeting legal obligations, while driving mission success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct incident reporting and analysis of potential incidents. You shall be able to clearly explain, and communicate the pertinent requirements and guidance affecting each authority. The number of incidents that are expected to be completed in any given day is based upon the complexity of the incident, system availability, and analyst response time. Provide the level of service consistent throughout the period of performance to achieve the requirements provided. Research, review, monitor, manage and deliver reports on incidents and alerts that come through the organization Attend all Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) that are aligned with your experience, responsibilities and the work being performed. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather all information necessary to accurately generate and address follow-up questions pertaining to the incident(s) Collaborate with the customer and other organizations to investigate, update, or revise the incident(s), as applicable. Collaborate with team members and analysts and use analytical tools and databases to understand incidents. Accurately document incident(s) in the corporate tool. Complete and submit the incident report to the customer within three business days of the customers assessment of an incident. Use the customers established Task list to manage the reporting requirements. Complete 710 authority incidents yearly (60 per month). Provide the total number of incident reports completed in the Monthly Status Report . The report shall include the number of reports submitted in accordance with deadlines and the number of delinquent reports with justification as to why the reports (s) were late, if applicable. Complete all annual mandatory and contract training requirements Basic Qualifications: Four years of experience with SIGINT operations as a collector, processor, analyst or reporter of SIGINT An understanding of the laws, policies and regulations governing SIGINT. A clear understanding of the IC and the Extended Enterprise as it relates to the Agency’s mission Security Clearance Requirements: Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph based upon a SSBI Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of time Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer Ability for clear communication with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
