Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. DTD consultants are empowered to innovate, leveraging their subject matter expertise with best-of-breed and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions in Financial Management, Human Capital and Mission Support across our Defense, Homeland Security, Federal Civilian, and Intel clients. The Business Process and Change Management Consultant will support ManTech on a 100% REMOTE basis. May require occasional travel as mission demands.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performs coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
- Performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings.
- Provides guidance to lower-level analysts.
- Analyzes and suggests improvements to organizations and business processes.
- Performs requirements analysis and prioritization.
- Oversees user acceptance testing.
- Oversees end user training.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience preparing and presenting project status and health updates to customers and corporate leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Department of Air Force customers.
- Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies.
- Experience working in an Agile team.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
