ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director of Transformation and Strategic Initiatives.  Reporting directly to the Chief Acceleration Officer, the Executive Director of Transformation & Strategic Initiatives will lead the Transformation Office (internally known as the "ACHIEVE Office" or "AO"), overseeing the execution of a portfolio of mission-critical, financially accretive initiatives. This role will establish and implement a best-in-class governance structure, drive a consistent operational cadence, and maintain a sharp focus on value creation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of existing operations and proposed initiatives to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and improved profitability. Develop financial models to evaluate the potential impact of strategic decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Enterprise-wide Program Governance: Establish and enforce a robust governance framework to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective execution of transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on financial performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to prioritize, align, and execute strategic initiatives, driving consensus and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Apply strategic thinking and financial acumen to identify and address critical business challenges, developing data-driven solutions that maximize financial impact and drive sustainable growth.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive performance tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to the Steering Committee and ELT on the progress, financial impact, and key metrics of transformation initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential risks to the successful execution of initiatives, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MBA from Top 20 program required
  • 3 or more years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or a finance-focused analytical role with a demonstrated track record of financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and performance measurement
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Experience with advanced analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Python) is highly preferred
  • Experience in the government services or national security industry is a plus

The projected compensation range for this position is $153,700.00-$275,700.00.
