ManTech seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Growth Operations Lead to join our Intel Growth team on a remote basis.
Reporting to the Intel Vice President of Growth, this role is pivotal in supporting the growth initiatives of the Intel Division. The Intel Growth Operations Lead will be responsible for compiling reports and analytics on the Intel pipeline, coordinating with the enterprise proposal team, tracking pipeline sufficiency, and ensuring the accuracy of data in our Business Development (BD) system, GCS. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Salesforce, the proposal process, and capture management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Compile and analyze reports on the Intel pipeline to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitor pipeline metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the Intel VP of Growth and other stakeholders.
- Maintain understanding of the Sector proposal waterfall to proactively request proposal resources.
- Work with Sector leadership (Division Managers, Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, Business Development, etc.) to define anticipated proposal resourcing needs and continuously communicate those needs to the Enterprise Proposal Resource Manager.
- Work with the practice area capability areas to ensure Intel Sector is adequately resourced.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals.
- Track and assess the sufficiency of the Intel pipeline to ensure alignment with growth targets. Identify gaps and opportunities within the pipeline and propose corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Four or more years of experience, with 2 or more years of experience in federal proposal coordination, business development, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Understanding of the proposal process and capture management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active TS/SCI preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
