MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented Senior Program Security Officer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

 In this role, you will provide comprehensive program, physical, and personnel security support across a range of secure facility activities. You will play a vital part in ensuring that security operations align with customer requirements and national policy.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide security support and perform a variety of security-related tasks for Collateral and SCI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) activities
• Execute clearance nomination submissions, clearance maintenance, indoctrinations, and education, in including customer badge processing
• Monitor Visitor Control, Access Control, and Document Control processes
• Manage incident tracking, adverse information reporting, and foreign travel/contact reporting
• Maintain and track accreditations and Authority to Operate (ATO) status, while supporting government inspections
• Perform additional security tasks as required by customer security personnel
• Support proposals and the implementation of government security policies
   

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of relevant security experience supporting SCIF operations
• Demonstrated experience performing a variety of security-related tasks within secure environments
• Familiarity and operational experience with DISS and Scattered Castles
• Knowledge of NISPOM and other applicable security regulations
• Proficiency in using standard office software and security-related databases
   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• FSO Certification
• Experience supporting proposal development in secure environments
• Familiarity with ICD 705 and physical security construction standards
   

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
   

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Needs to frequently move about inside the facility to access resources and escort visitors
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
