MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Visual Solutions Architect to join our team in Doral, FL.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enhances the user experience (UX) and communication effectiveness within the IT Service Management (ITSM) Framework.

• Possesses expertise in visual design, UX/WX principles, and ITSM processes to create engaging and informative visual solutions that improve service delivery, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement.

• Leads the development of visual assets, dashboards, and interactive tools that enhance the usability and understanding of ITSM processes and data.

• Designs and develops visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and infographics to effectively communicate ITSM data and information, and creates interactive visualizations and simulations to illustrate ITSM processes.

• Analyzes user needs and behaviors to optimize the design and usability of ITSM interfaces and tools, conducts user research and testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience, and collaborates with ITSM Tool Developers to ensure that visual design aligns with UX principles.

• Develops and maintains a visual style guide for ITSM communications and documentation, and provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff.

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS in field necessary to assume Visual Solutions Architect dutiesor 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree

• 9+ years of expeirence with 5+ years of relevant Visual Solutions Architect experience.

• Proficiency in visual design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.

• Familiarity with ITSM Frameworks and best practices.

• Must have a 8570 IASAE certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in visual design, UX design, or a related role.

• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools. ITIL Foundation certificate.

• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
