Mantech seeks a ManTech seeks a motivated and mission-focused Software Tester to join our team in Herndon, VA.  
 

As a Software Tester on our team, you will play a key role in delivering automation and big data analytics solutions to the Intelligence Community. This role combines rigorous software testing with hands-on end-user support to ensure reliable, high-quality performance across critical applications.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute all aspects of software testing, including regression testing
• Learn the applications and develop test cases and result reporting to support software releases
• Test application features and functionality for both expected and edge-case behaviors
• Enhance testing capabilities and ensure robust and efficient quality assurance processes
• Understand the user experience by directly engaging with staff, customers, and end-users
• Triage, troubleshoot, and respond to user support requests (approximately 20% of the time)
• Contribute as an active member of a fast-paced agile development team
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience in software integration or software testing or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 1+ years of experience
• Experience with testing and debugging COTS and/or GOTS software
• Experience adapting to new system interfaces
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Selenium or other testing automation tools
• Experience testing in CentOS, RHEL, SE Linux, and Windows environments
   

Clearance Requirements:

• Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position
   

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
