ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff Information Security Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.  This position is part of a TIER 1 Identity and Access Management program dealing with Cyber Security issues.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support a team at a government location to provide DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, Retired Military ID issuance, PIN reset, and Helpdesk support
  • Support Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues within a customer service environment
  • Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues
  • Contribute to the completion of project and group milestones
  • As needed, provides input to project deliverables and reports
  • Contributes to solutions to a variety of complex technical problems
  • Ability to work off shifts between the hours of 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional relevant experience in a customer service/support role
  • 2+ years of IT customer service support
  • Knowledge of PKI
  • Experience with trouble shootings skills to narrow down where customer issues may reside
  • Experience with PII information and data
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cyber security related disciplines
  • Experience in a DoD environment
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
