Description & Requirements
MANTECH seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is Hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and maintain technical and logistics-related databases
Analyze data and generate detailed metrics reports to support program performance tracking
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with high attention to detail
Administer user privileges and access controls in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity policies
Support the generation and publication of technical data through ANARK publishing tools
Assist in the development of Technical Data Packages (TDPs), as needed
Utilize knowledge of Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) systems, policies, and processes to support ongoing contract deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or other STEM discipline
1+ years of professional experience in systems engineering
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and NAVAIR systems and policy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ANARK or similar technical publication tools
Knowledge of TDP creation and technical documentation processes
Clearance Requirements:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000.00-$107,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
